Getting Started with Massar Service
Logging into Massar Service is essential for students and parents to access grades, exam results, and other academic information. Follow this guide to ensure a smooth experience.
Step 1: Obtain Your Credentials
If you are a student, visit your school administration to get your Massar code and initial password. These are typically provided at the start of the academic year. For parents, the Waliye portal uses the same credentials linked to your child’s account.
Step 2: Access the Official Portal
Open your browser and go to one of these official URLs: massarservice.men.gov.ma, massar.men.gov.ma, or moutamadris.men.gov.ma. Avoid third-party sites to protect your data.
Step 3: Enter Your Login Details
Type your Massar code followed by @taalim.ma (e.g., [email protected]) in the username field. Enter your initial password. Click 'Se Connecter' (Log In).
Step 4: Check Baccalaureate Results
After logging in, navigate to the 'Résultats' (Results) section. For baccalaureate results, select the relevant exam session (e.g., June 2026). Your scores and overall pass/fail status will appear. You can also download a PDF copy for your records.
Troubleshooting Tips
If you forget your password, use the 'Mot de passe oublié' (Forgot Password) link to reset it via your registered email or phone. For persistent issues, contact your school’s administration or the Massar helpline.
Secure Your Account on First Login
Don't skip this: the first time you log in, Massar forces a password change — choose something strong and unique. Then add a personal recovery email under "My Personal Information" so you can reset your password later. Never share your Massar code or password with anyone except your school administration, and never enter them on any website other than the official men.gov.ma portals. Phishing sites imitating Massar do exist.
Common Login Problems
"Invalid credentials": double-check the full username format — your Massar code plus @taalim.ma. A missing suffix is the most common mistake.
Forgot your password: use the recovery email you added, or visit your school administration — they can reset it.
Page won't load: during result-release days the portal gets heavy traffic. Try early morning or late evening, and prefer the official app — grab it from our download page.
